CloudLink is a low-latency feed from Spiideo's cloud to the external software (Sportscode, Angles, SBG Focus, etc.) of your choice.
The CloudLink feed:
3-Second Latency: Maintains just a 3-second delay between Spiideo and your external software.
Custom Views: Select between All Players, Standard AutoFollow, or Fixed Camera modes depending on your workflow.
Requirements for CloudLink:
To receive your camera feed via CloudLink, ensure you have the following:
A Spiideo Perform Pro Plus subscription.
The CloudLink add-on.
An S-, X-, D-, A-Line or Portable SmartCam camera system.
A stable camera network connection (minimum 15 Mbps per camera).
Firewall settings configured to allow outbound UDP traffic on port 45079.
A receiving device connected to a network that supports RTSP traffic.
Using CloudLink
Step 1: Check your Scene is Ready for CloudLink
Before you start a CloudLink recording, you need to ensure that the scene is ready for CloudLink. If your scene is not listed as ready, please reach out to the Spiideo Support team.
To check this:
Navigate to and click 'Scenes'.
The highlighted column 'CloudLink Ready' will reflect a green tick if your scene is available for CloudLink RTSP.
If your scene does not have a green tick, please contact the Spiideo Support team.
Step 2: Start a Recording in Spiideo Perform
To start a recording:
Navigate to the 'Recordings' tab.
Click '+ New'.
Fill in the recording details. For a refresher, click here.
Step 3: Create the CloudLink
Once the recording has started, you can create your RTSP link. You can create up to five different links per recording.
CloudLink using AutoFollow Standard
Standard AutoFollow tracks the action closely, following the ball and players involved in the immediate play.
To create your link:
On the recording overview, click 'Live tagging'.
Click 'Info' located in the top right corner.
Click 'CloudLink'.
Click 'Create new'.
Select the resolution.
Select the camera angle.*
Select 'Standard' followed by 'Create'.
The link will now start processing, which may take a few minutes.
* Only applicable to scenes with more than one camera angle.
CloudLink using AutoFollow All Players
All Players provides a more tactical, zoomed-out view that keeps all outfield players in shot, making it useful for tactical analysis
To create your link:
On the recording overview, click 'Live tagging'.
Click 'Info' located in the top right corner.
Click 'CloudLink'.
Click 'Create new'.
Select the resolution.
Select the camera angle.*
Select 'All Players' followed by 'Create'.
The link will now start processing, which may take a few minutes.
* Only applicable to scenes with more than one camera angle.
CloudLink using a Fixed View
A fixed view is a manually set camera view that remains fixed on a chosen area of the field and that does not use AutoFollow.
To create your link:
On the recording overview, click 'Live tagging'.
Click 'Info' located in the top right corner.
Click 'CloudLink'.
Click 'Create new'.
Select the resolution.
Select the camera angle.*
Select 'Fixed view' and click 'Create'.
Use your device's mouse or touchscreen to pan, tilt, and zoom until you have your desired view, and click 'Done'.
The link will now start processing, which may take a few minutes.
* Only applicable to scenes with more than one camera angle.
You can adjust the fixed camera view at any time.
To configure the fixed camera view:
Click on the 'CloudLink' button.
Click the blue and white camera icon.
Use your device's mouse or touchscreen to pan, tilt, and zoom until you have your desired view.
Click 'Done'.
Step 4: Retrieve and Use the RTSP Link
Once the link has been generated, you can copy it from the CloudLink pop-up box. As soon as you've copied it, you'll be able to paste it into your external program.
