Possible causes and steps to take if footage is missing from a Portable SmartCam Recording

If you begin to watch your recording back and notice footage is missing, these are the next steps you should take:

Check all Footage is Uploaded

Open the Spiideo iOS app to the 'Recordings' tab. If you see 'Upload in progress..':

  • Power on your camera and connect to a network source

  • Allow the remaining footage to upload. You should see the progress bar begin to increase once the camera is online


Still Having Issues?

If you have uploaded all footage from the camera but still feel your recording is not complete, please reach out to support and we can investigate the issue.
