Once your calibration session is complete, you must not move the Portable SmartCam. If the camera is moved, you should act as followed:
Movement before recording
You should redo your calibration session if:
The tripod is moved to a new location
The camera is raised/lowered on the tripod
If the size of the playing field is changed
If the above has occurred, you can redo the calibration process by clicking here:
Movement during recording
If the following happens during a recording:
The tripod is moved to a new location
The camera is raised/lowered on the tripod
If the size of the playing field is changed
It can be important to stop the recording, redo the calibration process and begin a new recording. This is because the above changes can cause:
AutoFollow to not properly track players, missing parts or the entirety of your recording
Pan, tilt and zoom features to not behave properly
