Upload Progress Meter is Stuck

Steps to take if the upload progress meter for your Portable SmartCam recording does not move

If your recording has finished and your upload progress is stuck, you should:

  • Check that your Portable SmartCam is online and connected to a network

  • Check the camera is properly plugged into the box and the cable isn't damaged

  • Close your Spiideo iOS and and reopen
