If your camera is unable to connect, you may see the following screen in the Portable SmartCam Setup menu:
If this is occurring for you, please try the following:
Restart the camera
Check that your ethernet cable is firmly secured from the camera port on the side of the carry case to the port on the side of the Portable SmartCam
Check that both ports are free of any and all debris
Check the integrity of the ethernet cable. You can try connecting with another cable to rule out any damage (any Cat6 cable will work)
Perform a fresh install of the Spiideo iOS app by uninstalling and reinstalling. After this, try connecting the camera again
