What to do if you can't access the broadcast after you have paid

Below are the steps to ensure you are logged in and have access to view your games

Updated yesterday

After you have successfully purchased your game or package you will be sent an automated email receipt with links to your game or game package. These links can be reused to find you way back to the game or game package.

💡 Pro Tip: Save you link as a bookmark on your device and skip the extra steps when finding your way back to your purchase.


Access Your Purchased Game or Game Package

We often see that users having issues when trying to access a game or a game package that they have already purchased require a simple solution - signing in.

Start off by locating the email receipt that you received when you purchased. If you have made several purchases and are unsure of which email is the correct one you can easily locate it by reading the title of your purchase in the grey area below the order details.

The title of the purchased product can be found in the grey box just under the 'Order details'.


To open the game or game package page click on either of the 'Here' options.

If you have purchased a single game you will be taken to the game page, if you have purchased a game package you will be taken to the package page.


Make Sure that You are Signed Into Your Account

After opening the game or package page up through the email receipt the first step is making sure that you are logged in. If you are unable to watch, it could mean that you are not logged into the account you made your purchase with. If you are signed in but still can not watch the game please ensure that you are signed in with the same email as you received the email receipt.

Sign in by clicking 'Sign in' in the top right corner.


If the Game Has Been Deleted

If you try to open up the game or package page but receive nothing but a blank screen the chances are that the game has been deleted. Games can be deleted due to multiple reasons such as the game being postponed or that the game reached has become too old to view.

If the broadcaster doesn't choose otherwise, a broadcast can be viewed for 90 days before being automatically deleted.

The order ID can be found under the 'Order details' in your email receipt.
