There could be several reasons as to why you can not sign into Spiideo Play but we will gladly help you to find out what is causing you problems.
Was it broadcasted by Spiideo?
To verify this, check the email receipt or statement in your bank account. If it does not say Spiideo Play in the order receipt then this broadcast was purchased through another company.
Are you signed in to the correct account?
Are you logging in the same way you created your Spiideo account? For example, if you signed up by clicking "Continue with Google", then you must sign in using the same method.
Did you complete the registration process and complete your order?
Before completing the sign up process you are asked to verify your account using a 6 digit code. If you have not done this your account creation has not been finalised. If you have not received the verification code you have probably not signed up.
If you are still experiencing issues
If you have completed the registration process, are signed into the correct account and the broadcast was streamed by Spiideo and you still can not sign in to view the broadcast do not hesitate to reach out.
