You can watch your game on any device (iPhone, Android, Mac/PC, etc.) and there is no need to download any mobile applications. However, please keep in mind that older devices and poor network speeds can cause buffering and freezing. TIP: Games are available up to 90 days, so you can even re-watch after the live stream is over! Simply sign in using the same method as used when purchasing and watch the game however many times as you please.
Where Do I Find the Broadcast or Game Package?
The link to a broadcast is often found on the website of the school, club, organization or company broadcasting the event, their social media channels, email campaigns, or even a text/email from a friend/relative.

Purchasing the Broadcast or Game Package
Purchasing a broadcast or a game package is a one time payment and is not recurring.
Once you have found or received the link for the game/s that you are looking for start off by signing into your account. If you do not have an account you will need to create one. To learn how to create an account click here.
To sign in:
Click 'Sign in'
Select the same method as you did when signing up (Google, Apple ID or Email).
Once you are signed in you can proceed with your purchase.
To purchase a broadcast:
Click on 'Watch'
Fill in your card or voucher details
Click on 'Buy' or 'Use voucher'
Click on 'Done' once the payment has been successful
When the payment has been completed you will be redirected to the game page where the 'Watch' button will be greyed out until the broadcast starts.
Unsuccessful payment?
There are a list of reasons to your payment being declined or unsuccessful.
The text will be red when the card number can not be identified as valid by our payment provider (Stripe).
When purchasing a broadcast please ensure that:
The card number, the date and year of expiry as well as the CVC are all correct.
There is enough money to cover the cost of the purchase on the account connected to the card.
The card is opened for international payments. Spiideo is a Swedish company that uses Stripe as a payment provider.
The card accepts 3DS via your bank (required by EU law).
If all of the above requirements are met and you still can not purchase we recommend trying another card.

Watch a Broadcast
Once you have purchased a broadcast and the broadcast has started you will be able to watch it.
To watch your broadcast click on 'Watch' on the game page.
Please note: A game can be streamed on 1 device only. If more than 1 person is logged in and starts viewing it at the same time, the game will stop for the initial user and the message "Your account is being used to watch this game on another device. Press 'Play' to continue watching on this device".
Watch a Broadcast From a Game Package
Once you have purchased a game package and the broadcast has started you will be able to watch it.
To watch a broadcast from a game package select the game you want to watch and click 'Watch'.
