When the Portable SmartCam encounters a sudden temperature change, such as being taken from indoors to outside in winter, condensation can form under the camera dome for a period of time.
How to Avoid:
To avoid this, we advise the following for storage and match day usage of the Portable SmartCam:
Store the camera in it's case in a dry environment
Wipe away any moisture before storing
Acclimatise the camera before recording by taking out to the recording location 30-60 minutes before your recording starts
If you notice severe issues:
If heavy moisture appears under the camera dome or condensation appears constantly and does not dissipate, please contact Support with images of your camera.
