Ordering AutoData 24H
Requirements and how to order AutoData 24H using your Spiideo camera systems or uploaded footage

AutoData 24H provides professional breakdowns with game event data and individual player data, during the entire recording, for both home and away teams. Send both your Spiideo recordings and uploaded footage for complete data sets available within Spiideo Perform!


1. Requirements for AutoData 24H

AutoData 24H provides comprehensive tagging for the following circumstances:

  • Footage from a match (practice, friendly or official)

  • Recorded by Spiideo cameras or uploaded from an external source

  • Of any duration

  • Ordering is available when starting a recording, during a recording or after a recording is complete

To submit your order, you will need to:

  • Add jersey colors of each team

  • Add numbers for the home team (your team)

  • Adding names of players is optional

  • Adding away team names and jersey numbers is optional

Before ordering you should:

  • Have started recording or have uploaded your game

  • Have an available AutoData 24H token

2. Ordering AutoData 24H

If all requirements are met, you're ready to place your order! To begin, navigate to the Recordings tab in Spiideo Perform.

Here, click on the '3-dots' menu for the recording you wish to order for a choose 'AutoData':

From the next page, choose the option for AutoData: 24H Standard:

You must now enter the home and away team line-ups:

Above you should enter:

  1. Team name

  2. Primary and Secondary jersey colors

  3. Starting goalkeeper

  4. Starting outfield players, then substitutes below in suggested field

Names of players are optional. Your team line-ups will save for auto-completion of this step in future orders.

Once both line-ups are entered, you can click 'Submit' to submit your order:

Once your order is submitted, you can track its progress via the 'AutoData' tab under the 'AutoData 24H' section:

Here you can see:

  1. Name of game ordered for

  2. State of the order (Processing, Complete, Failed)

  3. Date the order was submitted

  4. Scene the game was recorded on

  5. Member who submitted the order

Your order should be returned to you within 24 hours of purchasing. If your order is still processing after 24 hours, you can contact Support for help!

3. What Data is Included?
