Use insights to better understand your organization's sales

Insights provide a holistic overview of the viewer transactions that are made on your organization's Spiideo Play account. Here you can see:

  • All viewer purchases on your Spiideo Play account

  • If a purchase was refunded

  • Purchases made with credit card or vouchers.


How to Access

Navigate to and click 'Insights' on the left hand side menu.

Here you will get an overview on the following:

  1. Downloadable file of transactions

  2. Choose a period of time to filter on

  3. Search for specific products

  4. Date of transaction

  5. Name of game, package or download

  6. Type of product (game, package or download)

  7. Price

  8. Transaction type (purchase or refund)

  9. Payment method used

  10. Order ID


What can you do with this information?

It really depends on your type of organization, but typically this information is used to:

  • Track all purchases just because it's really fun! 🌟

  • Get a general understanding on the distribution between single game revenue vs revenue from game packages.

  • Exporting all purchases from a set period in order to:

    • Match against other financial reports in your club

    • Dig deeper into the data to understand what type of marketing works for you, or which team generates the most revenue.
