Adjust Your Scene and Arena Audio Levels

Learn how to increase, decrease or mute the audio in your Spiideo scenes and arenas.

While visuals capture the action, audio captures the sounds that bring your broadcast to the next level and add context to your recordings. Whether your audio levels are too quiet, too loud, or you wish to mute the sound altogether, the steps in this article will help you reach your desired volume.

To access these settings, please ensure you meet the following two requirements:

  • Administrator Access: You must be an admin on the account.

  • Scene Ownership: The account you are using must be the designated owner of the scene.

Please note: Setting the scene sound level to '0' will mute the audio.


Adjust the Volume in Spiideo Perform

To adjust the audio level in Spiideo Perform:

  1. Locate and click 'Scenes'.

  2. Select the scene.

  3. Click 'Audio Level Management'.

  4. Adjust the audio by selecting a preset level or by dragging the scene level slider left or right.

  5. Click 'Save'.


Adjust the Volume in Spiideo Play

To adjust the audio level in Spiideo Play:

  1. Locate and click 'CloudControl'.

  2. Select the scene.

  3. Click 'Audio Level Management'.

  4. Adjust the audio by selecting a preset level or by dragging the scene level slider left or right.

  5. Click 'Save'.


Adjust the Volume in Spiideo Replay

To adjust the audio level in Spiideo Replay:

  1. Locate and click 'Scenes'.

  2. Select the scene.

  3. Click 'Audio Level Management'.

  4. Adjust the audio by selecting a preset level or by dragging the scene level slider left or right.

  5. Click 'Save'.
