The battery level LED indicator inside your Portable SmartCam carry case shows the current level of battery charge. The power level indicated is dynamic and will reflect the current power draw from the camera.
An expected behaviour for power levels is as followed:
At full charge, camera powered off:
Powered on and camera connected:
Camera recording:
The above is normal behaviour and is expected when using the Portable SmartCam.
You should contact Support if:
Your battery level LED indicator does not display anything
Your battery never reaches above 90% charge
Your battery level percentage suddenly drops more than 40%
