1. Contact in Spiideo Perform

On any page in Spiideo Perform, you will see a little question mark in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click here to open the help menu and then 'Contact support':

Once you've opened this menu, you can 'Send us a message' via the highlighted button below:

You will then be put in contact with a special bot created by us. Don't worry! This bot is designed to help us gather the important information about your question/problem so that we may help you as efficiently as possible.

3. Contact via iOS App

On most pages in the Spiideo iOS App, you should see a 'hamburger' style menu in the top left of the screen. Click here and then the 'Contact support' button to open the chat menu:

Once you've opened the 'Contact support' menu. You can initiate a chat by selecting one of the options presented:
