Locations you can contact Spiideo Support via and example topics

Whatever question/problem you might have, your best first option is browsing the rest of our Help Center. If you can't find what you're looking for here, then you should reach out to Support!

Contact in Spiideo Perform


You can open your messages via the widget in the bottom right. Find old conversations with support here and click on 'Send us a message' to start a new conversation

You will then be put in contact with a special bot created by us. Don't worry! This bot is designed to help us gather the important information about your question/problem so that we may help you as efficiently as possible.

You'll be speaking to a person very shortly!

Open the hamburger menu in the top left and then choose 'Contact support'
