After completing your order we will kick it off with the following steps:



The installation process

Our installation team will prepare your order and contact you via email with all the information about your upcoming installation that you will need.

Shipping & installing the cameras

After the cameras have been prepared your dedicated Installation Manager will ship them and contact you with all the relevant details about your shipment. You will also receive further information about what you need to do in order to prepare and finalise the installation at your facility.

What you will receive:

  • Shipment details (carrier and tracking)

  • Installer link & installation manual

  • What-to-do next guidelines

What you need to do:

  • Follow the installer link contained in your email to schedule your installation (Best practice is to schedule 1 day in advance).

  • Read our installation guides to make sure you're prepared for the installation

  • Perform a 'dry run' connection to make sure your power and network connection can be established with our camera

Throughout the entire installation process, and your Installation Manager will be available in order to answer any questions you send to installation@spiideo.com.


Tip:

Plan a Dry Run before the actual installation and inform us at least 24 hours in advance of when you want to install the cameras.


The onboarding process

Parallel to the installation, our customer success team will contact you in order to get you up and running with Spiideo.

Spiideo Platform Training & User Account Creation

While your cameras are being prepared for use, we are ready to activate your Spiideo accounts for Perform and Play. This way you and your organization can start learning and using Spiideo. Our customer success team will reach out with the appropriate resources for your training in the Spiideo system.

What you need to do:

  • Sign up here to create your user account for Spiideo Perform and Play

  • Let your Customer Success Manager know which email you signed up with
