Live broadcasts do not always go exactly as planned. Matches may run longer than expected due to overtime, delays, or extended halftime breaks. To ensure your viewers can continue watching without interruption, you can extend the broadcast directly in the Spiideo platform. The maximum length of a broadcast is 7 hours.
How to Extend an Ongoing Broadcast
Extending a broadcast can be done by an admin or a scheduler. A scheduler is limited to the broadcasts that they have scheduled themselves.
To extend a broadcast:
On the 'Broadcasts' tab, click on the broadcast that you want to extend.
Click 'Extend Broadcast'.
Click the drop-down menu and select the number of hours you'd like to extend the broadcast by. The new stop time will be listed in the drop-down menu, too.
Click 'Extend'.
