Managing your Spiideo footage is a great way to ensure that you never run out of storage, as well as not losing any valuable footage.

If you have deleted a recording, broadcast, or presentation that you wish to restore, please contact the Spiideo Support team for assistance.

⚠️ Please note: If your account has set up a custom lifecycle, the below information may not apply to your account.

  • Footage that is not tagged will be deleted 10 days after the recording has been set as trimmed.

  • If you delete a trimmed recording, it can be restored for 7 days.

Presentations

A presentation consists of clips from one or more recording/s that are available on your account.

  • As long as the recording/s that you've sourced the footage from are available, clips will remain in the presentation.

  • If you delete a recording, the footage sourced from it will be removed from the presentation.
