After completing your order we will kick it off with the following steps:



The installation process

Our installation team will prepare your order and contact you via email with all the information about the installation you need to know.

Shipping & installing the cameras

After the cameras have been prepared the dedicated Installation Manager will ship them and contact you by sharing all the relevant details about your shipment. You will also receive further information about what you need to do in order to prepare and finalise the installation at your facility.

What you will receive:

  • Shipment details (carrier and tracking)

  • Installer link & installation manual

  • What-to-do next guidelines

What you need to do:

  • Reply with a possible date or week for the installation to book your Installation Manager

Throughout the entire installation process, and your Installation Manager will be available in order to answer any questions you send to installation@spiideo.com.

Tip:

Plan a Dry Run before the actual installation and inform us at least 48 hours in advance about when you want to install the cameras.


The onboarding process

Parallel to the installation, our customer success team will contact you in order to get you trained to use the Spiideo software.

Spiideo Platform Training & user account creation

While your cameras are being built, we are ready to activate your Spiideo accounts for Perform and Play already. This way you and your organization can start learning and using Spiideo. In case you have ordered a Portable SmartCam, you will be invited to get trained for this in a separate session.

What will happen next:

  • Your Customer Success Manager will invite you to the Spiideo Platform Training

  • This will happen parallel to the installation process

What you need to do:

  • Sign up here to create your user account for Spiideo Perform and Play

  • Let your Customer Success Manager know which email you signed up with

Note: We can give access as soon as these steps have been completed.
