The drawing functionality in the Spiideo Web and iOS app allows you to draw anything on the field in 3D. This is very helpful when trying to show people within your organization specific things. You can use drawing tools in your recordings, presentations and clip collections!

The drawing tools that are part of the platform include:
spotlight
freehand-drawing

Here is a great example of how to effectively use the Spiideo drawing tools from Jonas Eidevall Head coach of FC Rosengard!
The drawings are visualized directly on top of the video and it follows the field when you move between angles. It is a feature that can be used during live video playback, as well as in replay mode.
1. Web App - Drawing Tools
On the Web app, you can open a recording and toggle the drawing tool icon on/off. When it is toggled on, you will see a dropdown of different drawing tools. Simply, select the tool you'd like to use and draw on the playing surface!
To change colors, select a drawing tool icon > color > draw on the field using your cursor > pan and zoom.
The Spotlight will track and follow the player depending on your subscription level
To undo and delete drawings, Select Undo to delete the last drawing or select the Trashcan to delete all of the drawings at once
Freehand drawing - make any type of freehand drawings on the field.
Change color - select the color picker
Arrows - visualize paths on the field/court/rink
Areas - visualize paths on the field/court/rink
Measure distances - measure distances between players.
TIP: To change the distance measurements from meters to yards or feet, go to the Web app (app.spiideo.net) > Click on your User profile > Change under system of measurement.
2. iOS App- Drawing Tools
On the iOS app, you can open a recording tap the drawing tool icon to see the dropdown menu of different drawing tools. Simply, select the tool you'd like to use and draw on the playing surface!
Freehand drawing - make any type of freehand drawings on the field.
Arrows - visualize paths on the field/court/rink
Areas - visualize spaces on the field/court/rink
Measure distances - measure distances between players.
