Where to Access Spiideo Replay
Spiideo Replay can be accessed via the sign-in page: https://replay.spiideo.net/sign-in.
To access a specific Spiideo Replay account, you must be invited by an administrator or by Spiideo during onboarding, depending on your rollout. The invite is sent to the email address the admin enters.

When is an invite typically sent?
Invites are usually sent when:
Your league/conference/organization is being onboarded to Replay.
A new staff member joins and needs access (operator, official, supervisor, etc.).
Roles/responsibilities change, and someone new needs Replay permissions.
Depending on the setup, the invite will either:
Let you create your Spiideo user (if you don’t already have one).
or
Confirm you’ve been added to a Replay account, so you can sign in and see it.
Click 'Accept invite' to join the account.
Didn’t Get the Invite Email?
There are a few things to try if you can't find the invite for Spiideo Replay:
Check spam/junk and search your inbox
Search for: “Spiideo”, “Replay”, “invited”, “account.”
Confirm the invite was sent to the correct email address
It’s common for invites to be sent to an old address, a personal address, or a misspelled address. Confirm with your admin which email they used to invite.
It can take a little time
In some cases, invites can take a bit to arrive (email delivery delays can happen). If it hasn’t arrived after 5 minutes, ask your admin to resend.
You signed in with a different login method than you used to create your user
If you created your user with Google/Apple/email+password, you typically need to keep using the same method. If you’re not sure which one you used, try signing out and signing in again with the other method(s).
Sign-in
Once you've got an account, open https://replay.spiideo.net/sign-in to sign in.
Sign in using the method your organization uses (for example: email/password, Google, or Apple). After signing in, you should see your Replay environment and be able to navigate to games/recordings based on your permissions.
Switching Accounts
Some organizations (for example, universities, leagues, or multi-sport setups) have more than one Replay account (often separated by sport). If you’ve been added to multiple accounts, you may need to use the in-app switch account option to select the right one before you start working.
To switch accounts:
Click 'Select account' in the left-side menu.
Select the account you want to switch to.
